These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the internal team applications provided by Scholarkids “Scholarkids,” “we,” “us”), including the Scholarkids Team Inbox and related tools (the “Apps”). By signing in to or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms.

Who may use the Apps
The Apps are for authorized staff, contractors, and collaborators of Scholarkids only. Access is granted at our discretion and requires signing in with an approved account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Apps.

Your account and access
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Access is a privilege, not a right: we may suspend, limit, or revoke your access at any time — including immediately — at our discretion, for example when you leave the organization or where we believe it is necessary to protect Scholarkids, its people, or its data.

Acceptable use
You agree to use the Apps only for legitimate Scholarkids business and in compliance with applicable law and our policies. You agree not to misuse the Apps, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with their operation, or use them to send unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized communications.

Confidentiality
The Apps contain information that may be confidential, including communications, contact details, and operational data. You agree to keep such information confidential and to use it only as needed to perform your role.

Intellectual property
The Apps, and all associated software, content, and materials we provide, are owned by Scholarkids or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Apps.

Disclaimers
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scholarkids will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Apps.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
